We only ordered coffee and a salted caramel vanilla milkshake, and both were really good. I absolutely loved the ambiance—especially the outdoor area—it was so calm and cozy. My friend and I were genuinely amazed by the hospitality of the service crew, especially Lali. She was so professional and kind. Even though we only ordered drinks, she made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Her customer service is truly 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

We were touched by their thoughtfulness and flexibility. The afternoon tea itself was a beautiful blend of elegance and flavor — from Pierre Hermé’s iconic macarons and exquisite pastries to the delicate savories and freshly baked scones. Everything was presented perfectly and tasted divine. To make the celebration even more memorable, they surprised us with a complimentary birthday treat for my husband and gifted a plushie to our daughter, which absolutely made her day. These thoughtful gestures truly elevated the entire experience and made us feel genuinely cared for. It was a perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and family-friendly charm — an unforgettable afternoon we’ll always cherish. Had the most delightful dining experience at this elegant spot! From the moment we sat down, we were impressed by the beautiful ambiance cozy yet classy, with warm lighting and a luxurious lounge vibe. The food was absolutely delicious each dish was fresh, flavorful, and presented so well. The sandwiches were perfectly toasted, the salads crisp and refreshing, and the drinks were a real highlight especially the green tea smoothie and the creamy milkshake. What really stood out, though, was the service. Thank you Lizette for your incredible service very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and customer service are equally excellent, but this one truly delivered on both. Highly recommended for a relaxing afternoon or a quiet, classy meal. Will definitely be coming back again!

I recently tried the raspberry macarons, and they were absolutely yummy! The raspberry flavor was just perfect, and the macarons had the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Highly recommend giving them a try

We visited Pierre Hermé at Rosewood Abu Dhabi to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is elegant and cozy, the atmosphere is amazing, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Everything was perfect — from the service to the desserts. Highly recommended for special occasions!

I recently came in for afternoon tea. We had an issue with our meal upon coming however they resolved it gracefully. The service was excellent and I like how it is treated as an experience. Lilian was our server. The fizzy oolng tea was the main highlight. It tasted so good. The savory dishes were perfect and had unique flavors. However my main concern is the booking policy with regards to having to book per person. everything came in two pieces, but it was quite sad that we could barely finish the desserts. Almost everyone in this country likes sharing food.. in my opinion, one person portion could feed 3 people. compared to other places of the same level, it’s quite pricey to have 375 aed per person for afternoon tea.

The Majlis staff (Chef Andres, Jam, Aya & Mbonisi) made our birthday evening truly unforgettable. They went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, with kind attention throughout the night and a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to the celebration. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel valued and created a wonderful, memorable experience. It was a night to remember!

What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service with Jam attentive to details , polite, and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and service so right. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a relaxing and satisfying meal in a beautiful setting.
